Indeed, since it opened it doors in October, seven companies have signed up to take space in this very attractive and prestigious award-winning building and more inquiries are in the pipeline. The land-mark three-storey Boathouse building overlooking the river provides a high quality office environment for 37 knowledge-based businesses, with units ranging in size from 16 sq metres to 135 sq metres.
