Nene Waterfront Regeneration Project Milestones
- November 2006 – Foyer scheme completed; Berthing facilities at Yacht harbour extended
- April 2007 – Boat hoist and wet dock completed
- November 2007 – Nene Parade Pedestrianisation Phase I completed
- August 2008 – Boathouse Business Centre completed
- January 2009 – Slipway facility and new workshops completed
- May 2009 – Remediation of vacant sites completed
- July 2009 – March 2011 – Infrastructure works including link road construction,
junction improvements, and Nene Parade Pedestrianisation Phase II
- April 2011 onwards (Provisional) – Residential/commercial development of vacant
sites
